Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Termination

Termination Conditions
By You: You may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement (typically 30 days for ongoing services).
By Us: We may terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or with appropriate notice for business reasons.
Data Return: Upon termination, we will provide you with your data in a standard format within 30 days, subject to payment of outstanding fees.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Canadian law and the laws of the Province of Alberta.
Legal Framework
Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
