How do I check on my order status?
You are able to track your order from your Order History page under my account. If you are a guest user, you are able to request your order information through our Order Tracking tool. When using our order tracking tool, you will be asked for the order number and email address associated to the order. If you do not have this, please contact us for more information.

What are your shipping charges?
A shipping charge will be applied on all items purchased on Tridacom, except for products delivered digitally. You will be able to see the shipping charges for your items once you have added them to your cart and have proceeded to the checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times will vary, depending on which fulfillment centres it is being sent from. We have several warehouses and do our best to ship from the closest one to your location. Items will ship same day or next day business day if it is in stock.

How quickly do orders ship?
Your order is processed very quickly, and most shipments leave the warehouse within a day. To be safe, please allow 2-4 business days handling time for your order to ship out before contacting us. You will receive a shipping notification when products leave our warehouse.

Will I get a shipping notification?
Yes, you will! Once you have placed your order, a shipping notification and link will be sent to your log in email, and you will be able to track your shipment from there.

I accidently entered an incorrect address what can I do now?
We process orders as quickly as possible so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your address. If you have mis-spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, you will need to let us know as soon as possible by clicking on the chat bubble located at the bottom right on any page of our website or calling us at 1-877-489-0123.
